Uncle Fred is my Daddy's childhood best friend.  He was Daddy's Best Man in Mommy and Daddy's wedding.  The other cute baby in the photo is one of Fred's daughters "Natalia".

This is Fred's other daughter "Sofia".  Sofia is turning five years old this month.
